VOULTRA LOCK REFUND POLICY

1. General Refund Eligibility

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: If your Voultra Lock arrives damaged or malfunctions within 30 days of delivery (see Warranty Terms for extended coverage).

  • Incorrect Shipments: Wrong product or missing components.

  • Unopened Returns: Products returned unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items/Circumstances:

  • Opened or installed products without defects.

  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

  • Digital products (e.g., app subscriptions).

  • Shipping/handling fees (unless error is ours).


2. Return Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact Support: Email returns@voultralock.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos/video of the issue (if applicable)

  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Ship Back: Send the product to our warehouse (address provided) using a trackable method.

    • Include the RMA number on the package.

    • Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error.


3. Refund Methods & Timing

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to the source .Processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days).

  • Store Credit: Option available for faster resolution (if requested).


4. Warranty Claims vs. Refunds

  • Refunds: Covered by this policy for eligible purchases within the return window.

  • Warranty Repairs/Replacements: For defects arising after the refund period, see our Warranty Terms.


5. Exchanges

Prefer a replacement? We’ll ship a new unit once the return is received (subject to availability).


6. Cancellations

  • Pre-Shipment: Cancel anytime before your order ships for a full refund.

  • Post-Shipment: Treated as a return (follow Section 2).
